This is a very exciting time for UGSRP in that we have finalized the details for our 2nd Annual UGSRP Forum! The forum will be based on “Topics in Sustainability” and we have a great panel of speakers, which include Tim Faveri, from TDL, Barton Seaver, who is chef, author, speaker and National Geographic Fellow, and finally our very own Mike Von Massow, Assistant Professor of the School of Hospitality and Tourism Management.
